my weight loss journey

I'm losing weight to change my lifestyle to become more healthy so that I can keep up with my step daughter PJ, my nephew Tony, and my husband. I did it so that I can stop emotionally eating to feel my feelings inside of blocking them to have healthy relationships with family and friends. To start losing weight to have kids and add to our family. To see myself as sexy on the outside to love myself on the outside as love my inner self. To build more confidence in me. I hope my journey and my tips help you to get healthy or to stay healthy or teach others how to become healthy.
